Q. What are the age requirements to attend TeenFit Studio? A. All classes can be attended by high school teenagers (grades 9-12) and adults.

Q. What is required for my child to take classes at TeenFit Studio? A. A parent must fill out consent and waiver forms for each child on the first visit. After that, a parent is not required to show up/stay in order for a child to take classes! Each participant's information & forms will be kept securely on file for all future visits...
Q. Do I just drop my child off, or do I stay until class is over? A. That's entirely up to you! We have a few chairs in our lobby area for those parents who want to wait, but feel free to drop them off, then pick them up once class ends (please be on-time so we can start & end on-time)!
Q. What payments do you accept? A. We accept cash and all major credit cards--checks will NOT be accepted.
Q. We have numerous family members who would like to attend classes--is there a discount? A. Yes! We have the FitFamily Membership: for only $199/month, your entire family (high school & up) can attend unlimited classes each month! (This plan is ideal if at least 2 classes will be attended per week.) At least 3 family members are required for this membership. Sweet deal :)
Q. How do I attend the morning classes? A. Our morning class requires sign-up by 8:30pm the night before in order for the class to occur (at least 3 people needed, so remind your buddies!). For example, if you want to attend POP Pilates on Monday mornings, you'll have to sign-up by 8:30pm on Sunday night. Might we suggest you set a friendly reminder on your phone :)
You have 3 options: 1)download the app, 2) visit the website under "Class Schedule" or 3) click "Book Now" on our Facebook Page. Once you're registered, you can view the daily schedule and book a class. You can sign up for classes up to 2 weeks in advance! If a class is cancelled, those signed up will be notified via push notification (assuming you have the app downloaded on your phone)...
